'dot.gov' is an improvisational rock band from Philadelphia, PA. Formed in 2015 by Temple University students David D'arville, Gabe Miller, Scott Edmunds, Andrew Malonis, and Pete Dennis. 'dot.gov' has a wide range of musical influences, including jazz musicians such as Wayne Krantz, Herbie Hancock, Wayne Shorter, and John Coltrane. 'dot gov' also chases the sounds of rock bands such as the Grateful Dead, the Flaming Lips, and Phish while simultaneously drawing inspiration from genres such as bluegrass, funk, and fusion, creating a sound that is entirely unique. 'dot.gov' promises to deliver an individualized performance at every show, bringing more and more people back for a one of a kind experience.
