What ages are allowed at shows?
Shows are all ages unless otherwise noted on our web site. Please bring your valid state issued ID, we do scan ID’s to make sure they are valid. We do require anyone under age 12 to wear over the ear protection in the building.
What time will the show start?
The first band will usually start half hour to one hour after doors open depending on the number of bands, etc.
Where should I park?

Is seating available?
All shows are General Admission unless noted on web site. There is limited seating available on a first come first serve basis.
Where can I purchase tickets?
Tickets are available on our web site: thecanalclub.com, we also accept MasterCard, Visa and Discover at the door. For local shows the local bands may also have tickets available for purchase. Be wary of third party ticket resellers.
What is your refund policy?
We do not refund online purchases unless a show is cancelled, in which case refunds will be made at point of purchase. Anyone dismissed for rules violations will not receive a refund.
Do you have a coat or bag check?
We do not have a coat or bag check for most shows and reserve the right to check all bags entering the building.
Can I photograph or record the show?
Photos and video recording are primarily up to the band and vary night to night. No flash photography.
Do you allow reentry?
We do allow reentry for most shows. For our upstairs shows you must be at least 18 years old to enter after 10pm, those already upstairs are allowed to remain.

Where do I go to smoke?
You will need to go outside to smoke, although for some shows on the 2nd floor we do allow smoking.
Is The Canal Club handicap accessible?
Our first floor is handicap accessible; the second floor is not so easy. We try to accommodate all our customers so if you have special needs, please contact us so we can arrange to assist you when you arrive.
